Linda took her first yoga class over 20 years ago and instantly became fascinated with the human body and mind. She believes in the power of Yoga & Conscious breath to bridge the disconnect occurring in modern society. This lead to her commitment to dedicate her life to sharing practices that have transformed her life. She took her first 200 Hour Yoga training in 2014 in Miami, then soon after decided that she wanted to go deeper. She traveled to India in 2016 and completed her 300 Hour training with Anand Mehrotra in Rishikesh, India. She has trained in Vinyasa, Yin/Restorative and Kriya Yoga. Her goal is to make Yoga accessible to all bodies so that more people can reap the healing benefits of this holistic practice. She is a dedicated student and practitioner of Yoga. Her primary practice is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and a daily seated meditation & kriya practice. However, Linda makes sure to regularly immerse herself in workshops and intensives with world renowned teachers. Some of the teachers she’s had the blessing to practice with are Sharath Jois, Tim Feldman, Seane Corn, Kino McGregor and Dharma Mittra to name a few. She firmly believes that to teach you must have a teacher and always remain a student.
Her motto on the mat and in life is “BE RECEPTIVE”
